Minimum one year experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.
Ability to work on all shifts as needed.
Willing to complete Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Principles courses (within the first year if not already certified).
Report any unsafe condition or action to his or her supervisor.

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will work closely with other departments to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them. Detailed Job Description The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing the continuous improvement process within the organization. Additionally, the Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the continuous improvement process and making recommendations for improvement.
