Continuing Education Administrator Jobs in Ohio

Provides direct supervision and student evaluation in the classroom and in clinical experiences

Participates in the planning of each learning experience

Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, policies and procedures and programs

Knowledge of teaching adult learners

Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills

Instructs students in both theory and practice of CNA theory and clinical components

Minimum of five (5) years in a leadership and/or management role with direct experience in educational program development and oversight.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and organization of Continuing Education

Offer professional Continuing Education (that leads to CEU’s CLU’s; supports certification/licensure).

Organize and manage short courses offered by, and in collaboration with, university departments, faculty, staff and community leaders.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities are required.

Provide leadership for Continuing Education including the formulation and pursuit of unit goals and objectives.

Proven experience in a fast paced office environment with responsibilities in handling multiple projects

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, groups of mangers, clients, customers, and the general public

Oversees Part-time and student services staff in Continuing Education Main Office

Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures

Possess excellent organizational and communications skills (both oral and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and solid computational skills
