Contact Tracers are responsible for identifying and tracking individuals who have been exposed to a contagious disease. They work with local health departments to investigate and monitor the spread of the disease, and to provide support and resources to those affected. This includes conducting interviews with individuals who have been exposed, providing education and resources on how to prevent the spread of the disease, and providing referrals to medical and mental health services. Contact Tracers also work with local health departments to develop strategies to reduce the spread of the disease.
