Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives, store merchandising, marketing execution, inventory management, and loss prevention

Knowledge and experience with wireless retail sales

Provide optimum Customer experience and develop positive relationships

Build Customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring

At minimum two (2) years’ Customer-facing experience

At minimum one (1) year experience working in a retail sales environment; one (1) year cellular industry experience preferred

Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience creating business cases and the ability to build clear forecasting models from scratch utilizing multiple flexible inputs.

Ability to understand financial models and experience interpreting contract terms that impact payment and rates (e.g. minimum penetration, package construct, etc.).

Experience driving budgeting and forecasting processes.

2+ years of experience in one or more of the follow areas: program or project management, software engineering, product marketing,

2+ years marketing and business-related experience including in-depth knowledge of trade marketing activities, consumer drivers, digital landscape & consumer insights

Must possess pro-active critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations and solutions.

Manage omni channel calendar to ensure promotional messaging across channels is achieved in owned content.

Must have strong and concise verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Ensure appropriate assets are being developed for cross-platform activation

Support Creative concept development by sharing thought starters and competitive case studies to inform asset creation and execution

Technical fluency across finance and accounting capabilities, including financial modeling, working capital management, managing accounting, and financial planning software.

Ideally 5+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.

8+ years of relevant financial and operating experience.

Proven track record scaling finance organizations at VC/PE-backed startups.

Experience with Global organizations highly preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail, adept at balancing efficiency and precision.

You possess excellent people and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines

You are able to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers and senior management

Proactively develop media relationships with a diverse set of reporters and help manage day-to-day media requests.

You have 4-5 years of experience in communications or PR, working with fast-paced consumer technology companies or clients

You have experience leading consumer announcements, data storytelling, and have a deep understanding and media relationships in consumer, lifestyle, and entertainment

Consolidated management reporting and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and make high-level recommendations to senior leadership

Minimum 8 years of progressive Finance experience

Minimum 5 years experience in a role with demonstrated leadership (led/participated in major projects/teams, provided guidance to other staff)

Financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting experience required

Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and work in a fast-paced, project/deadline-driven environment

BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Experience with enforcement actions before the CFPB and other federal agencies.

Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Familiarity with regulations related to retail banking, lending, and FinTech companies.
