This includes supervising the construction crew, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The Construction Site Superintendent is also responsible for coordinating with other contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed according to plan. Detailed Job Description The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. The Construction Site Superintendent is also responsible for coordinating with other contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed according to plan. Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• First Aid/CPR certification

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of scheduling and budgeting
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience supervising a construction crew
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
