Experience with USACE three-phase inspection process and USACE Resident Management System.

Document all work that is ongoing within the assigned specification sections of the discipline team in RMS (USACE Resident Management System).

Review the plans and specifications prior to the start of the work to become familiar with the project requirements.

10+ years of experience on large construction projects.

Experience performing construction inspections on large, complex federal projects specifically DOD and/or USACE.

Review the contractor’s quality control reports to assure that quality control operations are adequately documented in the contract file.
