Essential Education and Job Requirements:

Develop and manage integrated team.

High school diploma or equivalent with significant site experience

Minimum of 10 years of operations experience preference offshore operating facility or onshore plant via senior technician

Experience in leading and development of team members from both personal development as well as business capability deployment

Strong technical knowledge within operations and tactical understanding of operational deliverables in a site constrained area

● Skilled in time management, ability to effectively achieve multiple goals and manage

● Mindfulness Education certification preferred

● A minimum of two (2) years of successful classroom teaching experience

● Experience coaching and giving technical instruction to peers

● Ability to apply knowledge of mindfulness in the area of social-emotional learning

● Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning
