Overview The Confirmations Laboratory Technician Lead is responsible for providing technical support to the laboratory staff and ensuring that all laboratory processes are running smoothly. The Technician Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, the development and implementation of laboratory protocols, and the training of laboratory personnel. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, the development and implementation of laboratory protocols, and the training of laboratory personnel.
• Ensure that all laboratory processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor laboratory personnel to ensure that all laboratory protocols are being followed.
• Develop and implement new laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of laboratory reports and presentations.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and systems.
• Monitor laboratory supplies and order new supplies as needed.
• Assist in the development of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in laboratory meetings and other laboratory activities.
Job Skills Required
