Concrete Construction Superintendent Jobs in Colorado

Daily communications/coordination with the Project Management staff to ensure successful project communication and execution.

Vast knowledge and experience of concrete construction ranging from Footings, walls, flatwork, tilt up, paving.

Able to maintain positive working relationships with all construction groups - management, owners, trades and subcontractors.

Coordination with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.

General knowledge of scheduling concrete work activities and how they relate to other trades and scopes of work.

Has adequate level of Spanish speaking skills to communicate with the field labor as needed.

• In depth knowledge of ongoing project operations

• In depth knowledge and participation in accurate cost projections

• Mentoring Project Team Members including PM/PE/Operations Manager

delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills

Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate

Previous knowledge/experience in infrastructure and concrete structures setting required

Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Assist in schedule planning, determining craft labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements

5+ years’ work experience in the construction industry, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory role

Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements and jurisdictional issues, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and other documents
