Concessions And Bar Venue Manager Jobs in New York

Computer skills required to fulfill management functions, including POS system operation and Microsoft Office suite.

Concession management experience a plus.

Maintain a purchasing budget and costs as directed by management.

Create and manage employee schedules.

Manage planning logistics for internal and external catering events including Center rentals.

Knowledge of POS system (Square knowledge a plus)

A minimum of five years of experience in event planning, production, operations and venue management

Track industry and event trends to evolve event operations and venue management systems and processes to the next level

Oversee the management, coordination and logistics of external events at the Center for Social Justice

Proven self-starter who has project management mastery, prioritizes work assignments and can navigate shifting priorities, timelines, and schedules

Offers innovation, problem solving, critical-thinking skills, and resourcefulness

Manage application review process, working with director to lead a thoughtful and efficient system to respond to requests and inquiries
