• Provide technical support and assistance to computer laboratory users

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Maintain the computer laboratory

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software

• Monitor and maintain the network

• Monitor and maintain the security of the computer laboratory

• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades
