Compliance Trainer Jobs

 An associate degree, bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, as well as strong communication skills.

 Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accrediting institutions.

 Monitor staff credentials and licenses

 Advise staff on renewal procedures.

 Participate in the development of internal credentialing processes.

 Keep records in licenses, credentials and insurance contracts.

Excellent facilitation skills (traditional and virtual)

Manages, coordinates, and implements vehicle accident prevention strategies

High School Diploma or GED preferred, and a minimum of 5-years work experience.

Extensive knowledge of CDL, DOT regulations at state and federal levels

Prior experience with commercial driving required

Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Competencies

Offers feedback and suggestions to OMMA Audit & Compliance and leadership team to improve program processes.

Develop and implement a Compliance Training Program and establishes processes and protocols for identifying and implementing departmental training needs.

Create and deliver ongoing Compliance specific training curriculum and assures all curriculum is reflective of any new laws, policies and/or regulations.

Collaborate with Compliance leadership to assess and identify compliance learning and development needs.

Incorporate the use of adult learning principles and evidence-based practices into program development, strategic planning and training activities.
