Detailed Job Description The Compliance Technician I is responsible for ensuring that an organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. This includes monitoring and assessing compliance with internal and external requirements, as well as providing guidance and advice on compliance matters. The Compliance Technician I will also be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, and providing training and education on compliance topics. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least two years of experience in a compliance-related role
• Professional certification in compliance (e.g. Certified Compliance Professional) is preferred

• Knowledge of internal audit processes
• Knowledge of data analysis and trend identification
