Complex Care Intern Jobs

A desire to make a change in the healthcare experience: you love to serve and make a difference.

Strong clinical skills that will help you understand what a patient needs to help her avoid poor health outcomes.

The ability to learn quickly from past experiences and implement changes for improvement.

Comfort or interest in working remotely post COVID.

A minimum of 4 years of RN experience.

Health insurance experience, particularly Medicare Advantage.

Minimum (1) year experience in mental health setting working with clients with disabilities preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant credentialing and experience required.

Experience or training in related state and federal assistance programs also preferred.

Basic computer literacy skills are necessary.

Rhode Island certified nursing assistant certification required.

Utilize comprehensive nursing assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations in direct client care.

A masters degree with experience in public health related research preferred (but not required)

Self-directed style who can work independently in a remote environment and work effectively and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

An eye for detail and incredible organization skills

Experience in scientific research, writing and publications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Research content using evidence based sources (for example, peer reviewed papers, national practice guidelines)
