Overview Community Volunteers are individuals who volunteer their time and energy to help improve the quality of life in their local community. They may work with a variety of organizations, such as schools, churches, non-profits, and government agencies, to provide assistance in areas such as education, health care, and social services. Community Volunteers are often unpaid, but they may receive some form of compensation, such as a stipend or reimbursement for expenses. Detailed Job Description Community Volunteers are responsible for providing assistance to organizations and individuals in their local community. This may include providing tutoring or mentoring services to students, helping to organize community events, or providing assistance to those in need. Community Volunteers may also be asked to help with fundraising efforts, or to provide administrative support to organizations. Job Skills Required
