Community Insight Analyst Jobs

Provide data analysis to optimize practice management and workflows and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and update reports as required by management to evaluate progress, identify issues, and maintain regular communications with stakeholders.

Manage complex data analysis to derive answers from disparate data sources.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in data analytics, computer science, or related field.

Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents.

The Community Insight Analyst will work on providing insights to inform our customer engagement practices, processes, and policies.

· Expertise in data querying and manipulation in SQL and Excel; experience with Jupiter is a plus.

· Experience building slide presentations in Google Slides/PPT; demonstrated interest in data visualization is a plus.

· Experience in the digital space, social media, or advertising industry a plus.

· Translate data into compelling, actionable narratives that factor in unique stakeholder input and business questions.

What client is looking for:

2+ years relevant experience independently analyzing large scale datasets, executing quantitative research, and using data to formulate business insights.

Expertise in data querying and manipulation in SQL and Excel; experience with Jupyter is a plus.

Experience building slide presentations in Google Slides/PPT; demonstrated interest in data visualization is a plus.

Primary Skills: Data Analysis, Insights, Quantitative research, SQL, Google Slides/PPT, Consumer research.

As a complement to first party data findings, analyze third party syndicated data sources (comScore, GlobalWebIndex, Mintel) for industry perspectives.
