Community Health Worker – Maverick County Jobs in Michigan

Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.

Associates degree and three years of relevant healthcare/social services experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.

Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
