Partner with Community Bank Manager to manage day-to-day operations of location

Operating Room (OR) experience preferred

Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

Communicates monitoring information to the surgeon and the surgical team throughout the case

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management role in the industry or related automotive industry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred

Manage and oversee multiple locations within the designated district

Provide leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff to promote a positive work environment and foster employee development

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Oversees and manages the appropriate resolution of operational customer concerns by store management.

Ensures that store management monitors store conditions, equipment, and employee performance to maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.

Oversees and manages the achievement of store payroll budgets and total loss results; ensures that results achieved are within district budget.

Manages their team by driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge of the products and services of the company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule

Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades

Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification

Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.

Strong presentation, planning, organization, time management, and follow-up skills

Prior supervisory or management experience

Supports growth by facilitating commercial lending opportunities and deposit growth with sale of traditional banking products and commercial cash management services.

Implements performance management, recognition, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum five years prior sales or business development experience required in a bank manager, or equivalent financial services experience

Understand and navigate applicable regulations and compliance requirements.

3 years of experience in management with staff development

Lead, coach, evaluate, and impact the overall management evaluation of operational and risk activities, and results within the Banking Center.

Lead, manage and coach team to be able to assess customer and prospect needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Ensure all colleagues, demonstrate the knowledge and skills to execute on customer needs.

Manage the execution of opening/closing procedures.

Impact the customer experience by leading, managing, and coaching colleagues using the defined customer experience guidelines.

A degree in Aviation Maintenance Management preferred.

A minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as an A & P Mechanic

Prior PW300, PW500, JT15D, and PT6 shop and field experience is a plus

Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface

US Citizenship is required due to government contracts

You are knowledgeable and have built and/or supported presentation development for senior management

You are experienced in expense report management

Create and edit senior management presentations utilizing PowerPoint.

Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint sites and file management.

Ability to interact with all levels of employees including senior management.

Calm and confident during high stress situations, experienced in handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
