The Common Area Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of all common areas in the hotel. This includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces. The attendant must also ensure that all furniture and fixtures are in good condition and that any necessary repairs are made. Additionally, the attendant must be able to respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
