Use expertise and knowledge to resolve title commitment requirements that the Clearance team is not authorized to handle;
Review title commitment and information collected by Clearance Officers to ensure all requirements have been cleared and meet Underwriter requirements;
Minimum of 3-5 years residential purchase experience within a realtor joint venture environment, preferred.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of TitleExpress and GreenFolders title software is a plus!

A Commercial Title Closer is responsible for preparing and closing commercial real estate transactions. This includes reviewing title documents, preparing closing documents, and ensuring that all parties involved in the transaction are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Commercial Title Closer must also ensure that all documents are properly executed and that all funds are properly disbursed. Additionally, the Commercial Title Closer may be responsible for preparing and filing title insurance policies, and for providing customer service to clients.
