1-2 years duct installation experience for mechanic/helper position but will train the right candidate.

5-10 years’ experience in HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Installation

Work closely with Project Managers and other team members

Run/manage project from start to finish

5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent

Ground up Woodframe construction experience strongly preferred, but open to broad commercial backgrounds

Assembles members of organization (supervisory, clerical, engineering, and other workers) at start of project.

Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.

Confers with supervisory personnel and other company representatives to resolve complaints and grievances within work force.

Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.

Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
