Commercial Refrigeration Technician Jobs in Alabama

Work from production schedules, bills of material (BOM), drawings, diagrams, Engineering Change Notifications (ECN), and work instructions.

Make and/or install pre-assembled piping utilizing prescribed methods for prep, installation and brazing, pressure testing, evacuation and charging.

Intermediate math and computer skills.

Basic knowledge of electrical and general mechanical systems.

Under direct supervision, assist in the daily operations of the ammonia refrigeration compressor room.

Take and record required system readings; understand the implications of variances and report to appropriate personnel/leader.

Perform basic maintenance as directed.

Identify unsafe conditions and report to appropriate personnel.

To meet the requirements of this position you will need:

$1000 Sign-On Bonus - $100 after 30 days, $400 after 6 months and $500 after 1 year.

Pay: $18 - $21 per hour
