Strong prior CI Manager, Team Leader experience

Underwriting Strategy Execution – Works with region CI Managers to achieve new business underwriting and renewal underwriting results throughout the Region.

Expense Administration – Collaborate with region CI Managers and Home Office to ensure effective expense administration for assigned branches.

Experience in selling enterprise class solutions, services, training, or success in person or remotely via Zoom/WebEx/phone/etc.

Sales force automation, enterprise resource planning or other IT infrastructure management (monitoring and discovery) technologies a definite plus

Manage sales opportunities and business relationships, from the office, with influential contacts within Commercial Accounts

Prioritize and manage inbound services sales requests

3+ years in services sales experience in enterprise software or consulting services (or reasonably equivalent)

Strong technical aptitude to understand the desired business outcomes and translate those to services capabilities that ServiceNow can deliver

Experience in commercial account management

Manage existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

2+ years of experience in outside sales and equipment sales, specifically with John Deere equipment

Strong prospecting and cold calling skills

Knowledge of the Construction Equipment, Compact Equipment, and Material Processing Equipment industries
