A Commercial Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects. They must be able to analyze plans and specifications, review subcontractor bids, and evaluate construction costs. They must also be able to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. They must be able to identify and analyze potential risks associated with the project, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. They must also be able to develop and maintain a budget for the project, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
