Commercial Assistant Project Manager Jobs in Iowa

Have experience reviewing and approving plan sets for construction and working with RFI’s during the construction process.

Experience with SKM, able edit and add information in the model.

Journeymen level knowledge of the current National Electrical Code.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

2-3 years of direct engineering / design / construction experience building solar, storage, and chagrining infrastructure systems.

Use Electrical Design experience to size breakers and feeders in accordance with NEC.

5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, ground up experience preferred

Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.

Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.

Maintain daily reports to submit to Project Manager and or Prime contractor daily.
