Certification preferred (Nurse Assistant/Medical Assistant, nursing student, other allied health)

Educate and inform staff about changes in procedures with respect to data management, assessment, programming requirements etc.

Initiate and suggest new ideas or methods for behavior management and active programming.

Demonstrate skills to effectively communicate/counsel people.

Demonstrate writing skills that are clear, concise and meet program needs.

Balance direct service and clinical responsibilities.
