Must obtain Colorado Association of Code Enforcement (CACEO) certification within one year of hire date if training is available.

Must obtain International Property Maintenance Code certification within one-year months of hire date if training is available.

Knowledge of current zoning laws, comprehensive plans, building codes, municipal code

Knowledge of International Building Code and International Property Maintenance Code

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Perform welding operations per level of welding certification to fabricate and attach components to tank cars
