Have or obtain ServeSafe Alcohol food handlers certification or equivalent

Qualifications For a Food Server

Ability to be on your feet for long periods

Ability to quickly learn to use our JONAS software system

daytime shifts Tuesday through Sunday

service charges and gratuities ($23 average hourly)

Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes.

Must possess basic math skills and have ability to handle money.

Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar.

Takes drink orders from guests, food servers and cocktail servers.

Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.

Mixes ingredients for cocktails and serves wine and bottled or draft beer.
