Coaching Services Administrator Jobs

Uses configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes into the production environment.

Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools

Performs routine application and service maintenance to ensure the production environment runs smoothly. Develops maintenance requirements and procedures

Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.

3+ years' experience in a network administration role

Previous experience with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence preferred.

Keep management informed of key operating issues affecting the organization.

Successfully complete assigned responsibilities with a minimum number of errors in accordance with established organizational standards.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Good judgment and decision-making skills.

Knowledge or ability to quickly learn and adhere to the credit union's policies and procedures and services, including digital services.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.

3-5 years’ professional work experience in operations, business, process management, coaching, health/ wellness.
