Experienced – You completed an approved Laborer apprenticeship program or equivalent.

You will work in facilities maintenance performing preventative maintenance on building, grounds, and piers.

You will perform excavation projects and support underground utility installations.

You will demonstrate the ability to pour concrete and finish to grade.

Reports any down time to Supervisor to maximize effectiveness and efficiency for the benefit of Blue Skies residents.

Washes and folds linens and resident's personal clothing, irons table clothes and napkins for dining services.

Signs out and in and observes key control policy designed to insure resident security and privacy.

Obtains Supervisor approval prior to performing resident-requested deviations from regularly scheduled service routines.

Promptly informs Supervisor of any changes in resident lifestyle that may indicate the need for senior staff intervention.

Promptly reports any concerns regarding resident and employee health or safety to Supervisor.

Other duties as required by the Driller, Derrickhand or Rig Manager

7 months experience as a Floorhand for another drilling company

Operating of the tongs and slips to connect and dis-connect drill pipe, tubulars, casing and drill bits or tools

Performing all maintenance of the equipment and physical space of the drill floor

Rig up and down procedures, nipple up and down and care of the B.O.P. system

Monitoring and operation of the shakers
