The CNA Med Surg is responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing support to the nursing staff. They must be able to accurately assess patient needs, provide comfort and support, and assist with medical treatments and procedures. They must also be able to recognize changes in patient condition and report them to the RN.
