Overview CNA Home Team is a home health care provider that offers a variety of services to clients in their homes. They provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and support. They also provide medical services, such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. Detailed Job Description The CNA Home Team is responsible for providing quality care to clients in their homes. They must be able to assess the needs of the client and provide appropriate care. They must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers. They must be able to follow instructions and protocols and document care provided. They must be able to provide emotional support to clients and families. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate care

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid certification
• Previous experience in home health care preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Knowledge of client rights and confidentiality
• Knowledge of medications and their administration
Job Experience
• Previous experience in home health care preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate care
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Provide wound care and other medical services
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families
• Document care provided
• Follow instructions and protocols
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Report any changes in client condition to supervisor
