A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Care Coordinator (HCC) is responsible for providing direct care to patients in their homes. They are responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They also provide assistance with medical tasks, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care.

What is CNA HCC Skills Required?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work with a variety of patients
• Knowledge of medical terminology
