This includes managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support. They may also be responsible for filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks. They must be able to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals. Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of patient privacy laws
Experience
• Previous experience in a medical office setting

• File and organize medical records
• Enter patient data into electronic medical records
• Answer phones and provide customer service
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
