They are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and that medical records are kept up to date. Clinical Support Assistants may also be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and providing general office support. Detailed Job Description Clinical Support Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to healthcare professionals. This includes scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and providing general office support. They must ensure that patient records are kept up to date and that all necessary paperwork is completed. Clinical Support Assistants must also be able to answer patient inquiries and provide general information about the clinic. They may also be responsible for stocking medical supplies, ordering supplies, and maintaining medical equipment. Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology
