Overview Clinical Science Associates (CSAs) are responsible for providing scientific support to clinical research teams. They are responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical trials and other research activities. CSAs are also responsible for providing technical and scientific advice to clinical research teams, as well as providing support to other departments within the organization. Detailed Job Description Clinical Science Associates are responsible for providing scientific and technical support to clinical research teams. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical trials and other research activities. CSAs are also responsible for providing technical and scientific advice to clinical research teams, as well as providing support to other departments within the organization. CSAs are also responsible for ensuring that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of clinical research protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of clinical trial design and data analysis
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.)
• At least two years of experience in clinical research
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Knowledge of clinical trial design and data analysis
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
