Coordinate with internal/external support on clinical components of Quality Management System

Manage required clinical data on clinicaltrials.gov and support the regulatory team on clinical components of regulatory filings

Manage CRO on oversight of Trial Master File (TMF) activities

Ophthalmic Therapeutic clinical program experience with retina clinical experience highly desired

Experience with planning, designing and conduction of FDA/EMA/Japan GCP compliant clinical trials

Excellent scientific written and oral communication skills are required

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines and resources

Offer leadership and strategic oversight to meet resourcing and budgeting objectives

Extensive Clinical Research experience required

Prior experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology settings

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Direct P&L responsibility management experience or responsibility

Knowledge of and experience with VA DBHDS and DMAS regulations

Manages leader performance by establishing clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against goals, ensuring timely feedback and addressing performance concerns promptly.

Works in close collaboration with compliance staff to ensure that clinical services, documentation, training, and supervision meet regulatory requirements.

7 years of clinical and/or behavioral health operations, or relevant experience

3 years of progressive leadership experience

Works with corporate management team, hospital administration, Medical and CRNA directors to build comprehensive site management structures

Responsible for the delivery of anesthesia services and overall management of profit and loss to assigned contracts.

Develops and manages Joint Commission updates

Manage internal CRNA related problems in the anesthesia department.

The VP of Clinical Operations CRNA Responsibilities:

Participates with Business Development in contract acquisition and RFP response (staffing, proforma, facility assessments)

Minimum of 10 years of successful clinical sales experience with a deep understanding of utilization management.

Demonstrate comprehensive clinical and utilization management sales acumen.

Manage the business development communication process to ensure all supporting departments are aware of client needs and support requirements.
