Clinical Quality Assurance Auditor Jobs in Arkansas

4-7 years of Quality Assurance experience required

Advanced computer skills a must

Excellent organization and documentation skills required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Evaluate, track, and monitor clinical operations activities and standards internally and client facing

Improve existing and develop new clinical regulatory quality standards and procedures

Support the Clinical vendor qualification, selection, and management process

Working knowledge of inspection management

Demonstrated project management and leadership skills

Minimum of 3 years experience in the Biotech, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries

Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical and/or quality system compliance and auditing

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and all applicable regulations

Associate's degree of equivalent experience.

6 months experience with Call Center Quality Auditing or medical scheduling/billing systems.

Knowledge of medical terminology and compliance procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient computer skills working with MS Office and Web Based Applications.

Medical, Prescription, Dental & Vision

Work with management and staff to establish and maintain audit and quality assurance programs

1 + years of experience in claims processing required

1+ years of experience in billing and medical terminology required

1 + years of experience in Quality Assurance preferred

1 + years of experience working with at least 2 health plans, preferred

Proficiency in data entry and MS Excel required

Provide quality management system consulting services.

Assist with Quality Management Plan development, review, and compliance oversight.

Assist with risk management plan development, review, and compliance oversight

A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of

Agendas, and meeting minutes. Timely completion of assigned reports according to Quality System and project requirements.

Minimum of 8 years of GCP-related experience.
