Oversees performance of clinical staff members in coordination with Practice Manager and providers.

Conducts monthly office staff meetings with Practice Manager.

Follows direction provided by Practice Manager.

Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.

Maintain high level of competence on Physician Billing computer system.

Maintains patient, provider and staff schedules.
