The position requires excellent organizational skills to include the ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines successfully.

Conducts weekly American Job Center orientations and providing an overview of WSM services and programs.

Coordinates and completes common intake process for WSM programs.

Facilitates information and other intake sessions with potential participants.

Manages on-demand patient flow and triage in “virtual waiting rooms” within telehealth technology platform to ensure the best patient experience.

Advocates on the caller/customer behalf to ensure their needs are met and to promote patient experience.

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest possible level of care for patients.

Demonstrated clinical proficiency, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the medical field preferred.

Experience with Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy a plus.
