Title: Clinical Research Compliance Manager

Approximately five years of prior experience in a clinical research setting.

As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices

Must demonstrate leadership and executive problem-solving skills, while remaining approachable, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Must have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop and promote new initiatives and process improvement.

Prior experience with phase I-IV research studies.

Prior experience with global studies submitted for IND, MAA, or other regulatory submissions.

Experience with the interpretation and application of ICH/GCP expectations and standards to varying phases of clinical studies

Possesses strong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, analytical, and attentive to detail

• 3-5 years of Clinical Management experience, with Registered Nurse direct reports

• Support ongoing Risk Management, includes reporting to the board

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

Clinical Compliance Client and Talent Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience

• Experience in various healthcare settings

Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical and time management skills.

Experience in working in clinical trials/studies and working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), highly desirable.

Background may include Compliance, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Auditing or Science Discipline.

Ability and versatility to manage changing priorities and workflow for multiple projects and deadlines

Previous experience working in a corporate environment or pharmaceutical industry is desired

Experience in Health Care Compliance activities is a plus.
