Clinical Behavioral Health Specialist Jobs in Utah

As a BHS Shift Lead, may coordinate and direct overall milieu management in alignment with the unit Charge Nurse.

AND a minimum of six months of relevant experience (behavioral health, chemically dependency, education, special education, child care, etc.).

Communicates pertinent patient information in shift report and to the treatment team using effective communication and organization skills.

In collaboration with charge nurse, manage the overall environment of care, ensuring patient safety on the milieu.

In collaboration with occupational therapy, manage individual patient engagement and regulation, utilizing established treatment team interventions.

Two years post high school education in social work, psychology, sociology, family studies, or a health sciences field

Minimum Qualifications - An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the requirements listed.

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; organized; good public speaking skills; strong listening skills; ability to relate

Knowledge of and sensitivity to Hawaiian culture and Christian values.

Experience with counseling age appropriate children and working with families.

Provides 24-hour immediate crisis/emergency intervention services in situations that affect the safety and well-being of a boarding student.

Work with military providers on case-managed patients.

Prior experience in a clinical social health setting

Experience working with military or veterans- preferred

U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)

U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)

U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience.

Maintaining ongoing product and ecosystem knowledge and certification on the Company portfolio for which they are responsible.

Understanding of the local managed care and reimbursement environment relevant to various customer segments and communicating proficiently regarding such matters

Conducting routine product in-services with accounts to ensure proper education and utilization of products in accordance with labeling.
