Clinic Nurse Lpn Jobs in Arizona

Demonstrates on each assignment the provision of skilled nursing care rendered in accordance with prescribed orders

Identifies and prioritizes actions based upon patient/client care requirements

Clinical Services and/or Clinical Supervisor /Case Manager or licensed designee

Attends case conferences, team meetings, education in-services as required

Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services

Identifies and documents changes in patient’s both physiologic and psycho-social condition

Maintains professional knowledge and proficiency in nursing through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops and serving on nursing committees.

Must maintain a current valid certification of the following throughout employment

Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities while under pressure.

Ability to work in a computerized environmental setting; computer skills required.

Knowledge of disease entities to recognize complications and therapeutic interventions required.

Knowledge of infection control procedures, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety precautions.
