Demonstrates progressive experience with project management and leadership

Experience in leading projects involving hands-on implementation and management of multiple resources.

Manage incoming requests & be involved in pre-sale conversations regarding professional services, from scoping to managing the commercial arrangements.

Develop and manage project plans to deliver technical and consultative services to our largest enterprise clients.

Annual Salary: $45,000 Based on experience

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, sms and phone in a timely manner

Escalate any stock or logistics issues

Keep customer and order notes up to date and organized for all team members

Maintain shipping claims and claims notes for lost and missing customer packages

5+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports, with demonstrated excellence in people management, coaching, hiring, training, and onboarding

Experience facilitating cross-functional discovery sessions, aligning stakeholders on business requirements, and working closely with product teams to prioritize roadmap items

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business judgment and extensive experience working with data and analytics tools

Lead a team of managers and analysts responsible for onboarding new clients to Maven’s full suite of products and services

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Client Services on client reporting requirements and strategy

8+ years of experience in an operations or client services role in a tech, digital health, healthcare, or SaaS company

• Minimum 4 years of client management responsibilities leading multifaceted projects and teams (onsite and virtual)

• Benefits Administration experience – 2+ years

• Effective in identifying and resolving quality, technical (telephony), operational and WFM (Work Force Management) opportunities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

• Customer Care / Service Center / Call Center Experience – 2-5 years
