Managing equipment induction activities including selection, procurement, qualification, and CSV

Reviewing and approving vendor-supplied qualification documentation

Maintaining current and accurate inventories of all equipment and software versions, including qualification status

Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing equipment commissioning, including CSV

Experience in assay method validations

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality role, preferably in a GLP environment

Coordinate troubleshooting efforts of instrumentation or reagents through hypothesis testing, laboratory notebook studies and communication with vendor technical support.

Support tracking of contract lab tests and review of data from these labs.

Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment

Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment

Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas

Cleaner will maintain high standards at the facility

Cleans assigned areas to Clean Team and client standards and requirements

Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment

Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others

Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment

Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas

Cleaner will maintain high standards at the facility

Provide QA support to the Electronic Asset Management System (EAMS) including work order review and approval, as needed.

May participate in quality risk management activities.

Ability to present to peers/management locally and virtually inclusive of communicating with other Pfizer Sites.

Contributes to PSOQ management team initiatives and objectives.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

2+ years of relevant experience within a GMP environment required.

Experience with glass and parts washers, CIP skids, COP

Experience with manufacturing equipment CIP cycles and cycle development

Experience with CIP/COP of vessels, tanks, etc.

2-6 years’ experience with cleaning validation in a regulated environment.

Working knowledge of FDA and cGMP regulations and documentation practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing skills.

Strong leadership/team management skills and experience.

Maintaining the validation sample management, assessing the requirements for data acquisition, and coordinating validation projects.

Ability to prioritize, demonstrating good time management skills.
