Class C Local Route Driver Jobs in California

Performs routine inspections on vehicles using vehicle inspection form and reports any immediate safety concern to management

Listens to and resolves delivery concerns in the field and escalates issues if beyond their skill set

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

One to three months of related experience and/or training

Successfully delivers plumbing products to customers’ home and/or other specified locations

Documents all pertinent information with regard to daily delivery paperwork for accurate record keeping

Must have 1-2 Years of RECENT (within last 3 years) and VERIFIABLE Box Truck delivery experience.

Must Meet ALL DOT Requirements

This position ONLY requires 12 Months of Box Truck Delivery Experience!

Must be 21+ Years of age at the time of applying

Valid and Current Class C License

Must be willing to offload products

Read and interpret maps, driving directions, road signs in English

Clean, inspect, and perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required

Deliver goods to assigned customers or winery in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner

Submit all vital records to the appropriate lead at the end of the shift

Maps, vehicles, driver logs, and maintenance procedures
