Claim Operations Analyst Jobs

High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years work experience.

Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with legal and or medical terminology, or prior Life and Disability claim experience preferred.

Good analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills

Perform other job-related duties and special projects as the need arises.

Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and pay strict attention to detail

Strong time management and organizational skills

Gain experience in accurate and prompt evaluation of claims

Make independent decisions using critical thinking skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in computer systems and data entry

Remote work with high-speed internet connection is possible

CHANGE MANAGEMENT/RESILIENCE: Ability to remain energized and focused in the face of ambiguity, change or strenuous demands.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Ability to build, foster and maintain productive working relationships to meet goals and achieve results.

Two years of business experience, with a customer service focus.

Experience gathering, interpreting and analyzing data.

Experience utilizing computer technology such as Microsoft Office, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.

2 years of business experience, with a customer service focus.
