Claim Customer Service Representative Jobs

6+ years management experience preferred.

Demonstrated exceptional leadership and management experience

Strong analytical ability, financial analysis/budgeting/expense management skills

Comprehensive Property Casualty insurance knowledge and experience preferred

Stays informed of industry trends and meeting customer needs in contact center design, strategy, workforce and new digital and omnichannel capabilities.

Works closely with CBIA, Claim Technology and BDO in the strategic development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, digital and technology capabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through work experience, participation in extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent in related work experience

Ability to learn and apply claim handling skills, including:

Identifies non-complex claims for one-touch claim adjudication upon intake

Determines the type and extent of loss and ensures the claim is consistent with all reported facts

Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through work experience, participation in extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement

We’re looking for candidates who: (Preferred/Required Qualifications)

Ability to learn and apply claim handling skills, including:

Have a college degree or equivalent work experience.

Two years of previous claims experience.

Have strong written and oral communications skills.

Have strong investigation, reasoning, and listening skills.

Have a high level of organizational and decision-making skills.

Experience using claims programs and technology such as Hover, Ladder Now, Eagle View, and Xactimate to write estimates.
