A minimum of one (1) year of travel experience with an external or internal agency program (excluding float pools).

National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred

Must demonstrate and maintain competency in two specialty areas.

Ability to both work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team of people owning different skill sets and perspectives

Knowledge, Skills, and other Experience Requirements

Facilitate monthly group meetings to help teach coping skills, build self-esteem, and provide psycho-education on relevant topics.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.

Must be at least twenty-four (24) years of age per contract requirements.

Effective communication skills including writing, public speaking, and conflict resolution/mediation skills.
