They are responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with patient care. • Greet patients and provide them with information about the chiropractic practice
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Assist with patient care, including taking vital signs and providing therapeutic treatments
• Prepare patient charts and documents
• Assist with billing and insurance claims
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
